In 2004, Venco Imtiaz Construction Company (VICC) was founded following the merger of Imtiaz Construction Company and Venco Corporation to collaborate on US Government construction projects aimed at rebuilding Afghanistan. Since then, VICC has rapidly expanded and positioned itself as a qualified global construction and development company with a specific target market in the UAE, USA, and Afghanistan.

VICC's Remarkable Expansion: From Dubai's Dynamic Hub to Global Prominence

Since 2007, VICC has been headquartered in Dubai, strategically positioning itself to pursue construction projects in the Middle East region and establish a presence in one of the world’s most dynamic and vibrant business hubs. Additionally, VICC maintains a permanent office in Washington, USA, operating under VICC International LLC.

VICC’s growth has been exceptionally dynamic over recent years. With a current total workforce of 4,500 staff and multimillion-dollar assets, the company is in a robust position to continue its global expansion.

With a total workforce of 4,500 skilled professionals and a robust portfolio of multimillion-dollar assets, VICC was in a strong position to expand its global footprint. VICC's Expansive Growth and Strategic Advancements: 2021-2023

From 2021 to 2023, VICC embarked on the construction of new residential projects in Dubai, further expanding our presence in this vibrant market.

During this period, VICC significantly increased its heavy machinery and construction equipment inventory, including asphalt plants and a substantial fleet of road and earthmoving machinery, enhancing our capabilities for a wide range of projects.

As part of our strategic acquisitions, we obtained a fully mobile batch plant contractor, enabling rapid mobilization for construction projects.

Notably, VICC is the proud owner of the largest UBM K-Span Building system, allowing us to construct structures with expansive flat-panel walls and roofing systems spanning up to 32 meters without the need for columns. Additionally, we boast a certified, qualified, and trained design team specialized in the K-Span industry. These investments and acquisitions underscore our commitment to excellence and innovation in the construction and development sector.

Chairman's Message

Mr. Rahimullah has been in the construction business for the last 30 years. He started Imtiaz Construction Company back in 1993 in Afghanistan and was later joined by an American contractor in 2004. The new company then achieved new heights by winning projects for the US Corps of Engineers, the US Government, and international donor agencies. Furthermore, Mr. Rahimullah has a successful track record of starting new ventures in logistics, trading, development, and real estate sectors, not only in Afghanistan but internationally. Such achievements have earned him a highly valuable reputation in both business and political spheres. He has been combining his passion for business with his day-to-day operational duties.

Executive Director Message

Mr. Singer has a long track record managing small to large businesses across the Globe. He has started several ventures and branches in three continents from Latin America to Central Asia. Over the last 17 years Mr. Singer has been involved in different practices, namely geotechnical surveying and assessment, geoenvironmental assessment, environmental management, environmental strategic assessment and health and safety assessment. Yet, Mr. Singer track record also includes business development and business management in industrial, construction and mining companies. He joined VICC in 2006 in Afghanistan in order to lead the newly created CMT laboratory and geotechnical division while boosting the marketing and business development department. Currently he has been given international business development responsibilities with a focus on the international growth of the company and strategic partnerships.
