VICC rapidly expansion and positioned itself as a qualified global construction

In 2004 Venco Imtiaz Construction Company (VICC) was founded following the merger of Imtiaz Construction Company and Venco Corporation to jointly work under US Government construction projects in their rebuilding efforts in Afghanistan.
Since 2004, VICC rapidly expanded and positioned itself as a qualified global construction, and development company with a specific target market in the UAE, USA and Afghanistan.

VICC is headquartered in Dubai to pursue construction projects in Middle East Region

Since 2007 VICC is headquartered in Dubai to pursue construction projects in Middle East Region and to be placed in the most dynamic and vibrant business hub worldwide. VICC has also permanent office in Washington, USA, operating under VICC International LLC.
VICC’s growth has been extremely dynamic over the last years. With a current total workforce of 4,500 staff and multimillion dollar assets, the company is in a strong position to continue expanding globally.

VENCO IMTIAZ CONSTRUCTION CO.

VICC have purchased increasing levels of heavy machinery and associated construction equipment for all kinds of projects including asphalt plants and a large fleet of road & earth moving machinery.

Company Acquisitions also include a fully mobile batch plants contractor which can be mobilized rapidly. VICC owns the largest UBM K-Span Building system which allows us to build structures with flat panel walls and roofing systems spanning up to 32 meters with no columns required. VICC also has certified, qualified and trained design team for K-Span industry.

Chairman's Message

Mr Rahimullah has been in the construction business for the last 30 years. He started Imtiaz Construction Company back in 1993 in Afghanistan and later in 2004 was joined by an American contractor. The new company was then propelled to new highs when begun wining projects for the US Corps of Engineers, the US Government and International donor agencies. Furthermore, Mr Rahimullah has a successful track record starting new ventures in logistics, trading, development and real estate sectors not only in Afghanistan but internationally. Such achievements have provided him with highly valuable reputation in business and political spheres. He has been combining his passion for business with his day-to-day operational duties

Executive Director Message

Mr. Singer has a long track record managing small to large businesses across the Globe. He has started several ventures and branches in three continents from Latin America to Central Asia. Over the last 17 years Mr. Singer has been involved in different practices, namely geotechnical surveying and assessment, geoenvironmental assessment, environmental management, environmental strategic assessment and health and safety assessment. Yet, Mr. Singer track record also includes business development and business management in industrial, construction and mining companies. He joined VICC in 2006 in Afghanistan in order to lead the newly created CMT laboratory and geotechnical division while boosting the marketing and business development department. Currently he has been given international business development responsibilities with a focus on the international growth of the company and strategic partnerships.
