PALM JUMEIRAH PROJECT AWARDED.
VICC has been appointed by Azizi Investments Prime Contractor for the project “Construction of Hotel Apartments Building, B+G+9 on Plot Ref. no.: PJCRC 38-E at Palm Jumerirah”. The project is located in one of the most iconic areas of Dubai, hence the hotel apartment is expected to be highly demanded during touristic seasons as well as during down season for UAE residents.
Project consists of 11 storey Hotel Apartment Building (B+G+9). Works comprise construction, completion and maintenance of Building works, including Site Works, Concrete Works, Block Works, Metal Works, Carpentry & Joinery Works, Thermal & Moisture Protection, Doors &Windows, Finishes, MEP Works, Swimming Pool, External Works, and all Associated Services.
Construction is expected to continue over the next 17 months. Sells will start upon completion of 3D drawings.
